We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for our Facility Administrator position.  As Administrator you will be responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and business management for all departments in this residential care facility.  Your primary responsibility will be insuring that the residents of the facility receive the highest quality of care.

 

Selected candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.  A successful candidate must be prepared to work with a varied population of geriatric residents.  Other qualifications include having a strong record of proven leadership skills, computer literacy, and experience in financial and general human resource management.  Communication and organization skills are a must.
